People rent a BMW in Warsaw for two reasons: the way it drives and the comfort on a long trip. Cars with an M badge come from the BMW M division, with stronger engines, firmer suspension and brakes sized for fast driving. Cars with an X badge are SUVs: a higher seat, a bigger boot and more room in the back. Both kinds cope with rush hour on the Łazienkowska route and are just as happy on the S7 expressway towards Gdańsk or Kraków.
The BMW line-up in Warsaw is 8 cars right now. Daily rates for 30+ days start at 250 PLN for the BMW 320d and at 733 PLN for the BMW X5M. The refundable deposit is from 5,000 PLN to 11,500 PLN, depending on the model. Every rental day includes from 110 to 200 km.
How to choose? Start with the number of passengers and the luggage. For a weekend for two, a coupé or a saloon is enough. For a family trip to the Baltic coast or the Masurian lakes, an SUV with a big boot is the better tool, with a third row if it has one. If the drive itself matters most, compare power and acceleration in the list above — it is the same data as on each car's page. Drive matters too: xDrive sends torque to both axles and helps in winter, while a rear-driven car is more playful on a dry road.
Where to go? For a short drive, the Kampinos Forest or the road along the Vistula towards Góra Kalwaria is enough. For a full day, Kazimierz Dolny is about two hours away, and for a weekend the Masurian lakes, where the winding roads between the lakes show how a BMW handles in corners. On a longer trip, remember that the mileage allowance counts per day, so it is easy to plan ahead.
What the price covers: compulsory third-party cover and comprehensive insurance are included, and the customer's own share depends on the model. The mileage allowance counts per rental day, so a three-day BMW rental gives you three days' worth of kilometres. The deposit is paid at handover by transfer, card pre-authorisation or cash, and the main part comes back within 48 hours of a return without damage.
Who can drive: anyone aged 21 or over who has held a driving licence for at least two years and is named in the contract. A second driver is added on the same terms. Documents are checked during online verification, so the handover itself is short.
Where you get the car: at our office at Nowy Świat 54/56 in the centre of Warsaw, or delivered to an address in Warsaw for 100 PLN. Delivery or return at Chopin Airport costs 150 PLN each way, airport parking included, and the meeting point is agreed from your flight number. Support works 24/7 by phone, e-mail and WhatsApp.
How booking works: choose the BMW and the dates, send the request online, and we confirm the price, the period and the documents before handover. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. A longer rental lowers the daily rate, and rentals of 30 days or more get up to 25% off — the full grid is in the price list.
On return, bring the car back with the same fuel level as at pickup; a lower level is charged as refuelling plus a handling fee. Smoking in the car costs 1,000 PLN, and a late return has a surcharge that we confirm when you book.
A BMW also works for a business trip. We issue an invoice, and a company rental is paid before the car is collected. For a meeting in the centre, an airport run or a few days on Polish roads, we match the model to your plan, not the other way round.
A long-term BMW rental starts at 30 days, and there is no maximum term. From 30 days the discount is up to 25%, and every car has its own 30-day rate in the price list. The mileage package is counted for the whole period, not per day. We organise and pay for servicing, the seasonal tyre change and washing, and if the car breaks down we provide a replacement, subject to availability in the fleet. You pay the whole amount upfront, and the deposit is the same as for a normal rental. Full terms: long-term rental.
The most affordable BMW here is the BMW 320d, from 250 PLN a day for 30+ days; the BMW X5M starts from 733 PLN on the same term. A shorter rental costs more per day; every band is in the price list.
It is set per car: BMW M4 Competition G82 Akrapovič — 10,000 PLN; BMW X7 40i — 10,000 PLN; BMW X6 30d — 10,000 PLN; BMW X5M — 10,000 PLN; BMW 320d — 5,000 PLN; BMW M2 — 10,000 PLN; BMW 430i xDrive — 5,000 PLN; BMW M8 Competition — 11,500 PLN. The amount goes back after the car is returned without damage.
from 110 km/day to 200 km/day is included, counted for each rental day. Each kilometre over the limit costs from 4 PLN to 8 PLN, depending on the car.
The BMW X7 40i has the most seats (7); the BMW M8 Competition is the most powerful at 460 kW.
